एक सच्चे भारतीय के सारे सपने  श्री शाहरुख खान ने पूरे किये ।

एक समझदार आदमी ने इस लिए देश का पिता बेटा, भाई, दोस्त चाचा यहां तक कि पति भी बताया है ।

ऐसे महान समाज सेवी को उसकी सेवाओं के लिए भारत रत्न से नवाजा जाना चहिये ।

न कि उनके परिवार के चश्मो चिराग को कुछ नशा फूंकने के लिए जेल मे डाल देना चहिये ।

देश पूछता है , जब राहुल गांधी को आज तक हाथ नहीं लगाया किसी ने, तो श्री खान के गरेबान पर कैसे हाथ डाला ।

उनके तो पिता ने भारत की आज़ादी के लिए संघर्ष किया था । आज वो अपने बेटे की आज़ादी के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं ।  क्या यही भारत है, जिसके लिए गांधी जी नेहरू जी और श्री खान के पिता ने अपना खून बहाया ??

भारत को IPL जैसे त्योहार से नवाजने वाले श्री खान को भारत रत्न देना न सिर्फ़ भारत सरकार का फ़र्ज़ बनता है बल्कि सारे भारत पाकिस्तान बंगलदेश दुबई और विदेशों मैं बसे हिंदुस्तानी मुसलमानो और प्रगतिशील हिंदुस्तानियों के लिए ये एक सच्चा सम्मान होगा ।

भारत के पर्यटन और विदेशी रिश्तों के लोईए जितना शाहरुख़ खान ने काम किया है किसी ने नहीं किया ।

स्विट्सर्लंड , दुबई , इंग्लंड , अमरीका बुल्गारिया के साथ पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने मैं , दक्षिण भारत , बेंगॉल , कश्मीर को को भारत की मुख्य धारा में जोड़ने लिए श्री खान के प्रयासों को भारत सरकार से लेकर UN तक ने सराहा है ।

आज भारत की प्रतीक्षा की घड़ी है , हमारे हज़ारों साल के संस्कार, धरमनिरपेक्शता की परीक्षा है । आर्यन उ सिर्फ़ एक युवा और श्री खान का पुत्र है परंतु भारत की आर्यन सभ्यता का आईना है । आर्य पुत्र है, गौरी नंदन है और अब तो रामायण भी पढ़ रहा है ।

This Open Letter is Being written in April 2021. When India is facing peak of 2nd Wave of #ChineseVirus spread.

India has long known list of Soul Vulture journalists who thrive on negativity , fear , hatred , pessimism and Hate amplification.

Journalist like Barkha Dutt, Tavleen Singh, Shekhar gupta, Saba, Rana, ravish , abhisar .

The fact that these and many more like these create a And Feed on an Ecosystem that thrives on Dead Bodies , death , hate etc as it induces fear, increases there TRP. Wether it's war, disease , unrest. 

They have nothing to do with News. They have Views. Views that are against one Man..Which too is alright.

Media has for ages been an amplifier. But they have been amplifying all wrong features, attributes . Only for One and One reason. TRPs.

But My question to all these Hate Mongers , nothing less than zakir Naik is ..

How is number of dead in Mumbai or kerala or Delhi , lack of Oxygen , medicine helping it's viewers ?

How is that helping a person who has difficulty in breathing ? 

Except amplifying fears, creating induced panic , negativity , hopelessness.

Leading to more.panic , cardiac conditions z lungs collapse due to constant exposure to such news. Amplifying the worst case scenarios.

Dear Ms.Dutt once again your article is a bundle of truth from your point of view and a mountain of lies for majority of Indians. But I guess your focus always has been a minority, not just that but a further minuscule population clubbed across capitals as Lutyens Mafia.

there is : 

No harm in a country choosing to offer by default citizenship to persecuted religious minorities of neighborhood countries.

No harm is the government taking a count of people of Indian origin vs illegal immigrants. 

There has to be a separate set of provisions for citizens, illegal immigrants, and legal refugees.

If you are so generous, please ask your gang to offer their bungalows to these illegal immigrants, Rohingyas to settle, why my taxes..?

NCLT and IRP another scam to help builders and Harrass buyers

After RERA, NCDRC, NCLT and IRP is the new tool given by politicians and Babu's to builders to ensure delays of projects go unpunished .
To support change in layouts so that the builder or the new agency can collect monies from Buyers again, with No responsibility or Accountability again. 

Once again the liability , responsibility will be of buyer. No authority who Approved the project, No bank which financed the loan or no Builder will be held responsible. .

On top of that if any consumer will raise a voice against IRP , he is threatened with contempt of court , as IRP is a court appointed arbitrary person on paper. In reality he is here to ensure monies continue to flow to builder , he remains un accountable , runs the writ, defines the rules.

All this under complicated legal language, threatening legal tones, non transparent and shady appointment of friends and relatives as officials of IRP.

In our Case in Lotus Boulevard against Granite Gate, The IRP Prabhjot Singh Soni, wants to run FM, in fact he ran FM agency, which was none of his mandate . Collected money for maintenance, none of his mandate , wants to collect money from dysfunctional entities in place of builder giving them false commitments , acting as builder agent and well wisher. No Update , audit report shared on monies collected and payments made for 3 months, for non existing and further deteriorating services .

Now He threatens to a legally elected and appointed AoA , trying to set the house in order. By interfering, threatening working on behest of builder and his hoodlums. Instead of working on behalf of homebuyers, the IRP is hell bent on teaching AoA and residents of Lotus Boulevard a lesson.

If this is the way justice is to be delivered by every legal appointed body, professional, where is hope for home buyers. ?

Unless this nexus is broken. Real.home buyers won't enter the market . Black money supply is already squeezed. The industry will continue to go down, unless the Nexus and it's hoodlums mend their ways.

Read your message where you have congratulated the PM and shown intent to work with him for Delhi.
Isn't that too little too late ?
