NCLT and IRP another scam to help builders and Harrass buyers

After RERA, NCDRC, NCLT and IRP is the new tool given by politicians and Babu's to builders to ensure delays of projects go unpunished .
To support change in layouts so that the builder or the new agency can collect monies from Buyers again, with No responsibility or Accountability again. 

Once again the liability , responsibility will be of buyer. No authority who Approved the project, No bank which financed the loan or no Builder will be held responsible. .

On top of that if any consumer will raise a voice against IRP , he is threatened with contempt of court , as IRP is a court appointed arbitrary person on paper. In reality he is here to ensure monies continue to flow to builder , he remains un accountable , runs the writ, defines the rules.

All this under complicated legal language, threatening legal tones, non transparent and shady appointment of friends and relatives as officials of IRP.

In our Case in Lotus Boulevard against Granite Gate, The IRP Prabhjot Singh Soni, wants to run FM, in fact he ran FM agency, which was none of his mandate . Collected money for maintenance, none of his mandate , wants to collect money from dysfunctional entities in place of builder giving them false commitments , acting as builder agent and well wisher. No Update , audit report shared on monies collected and payments made for 3 months, for non existing and further deteriorating services .

Now He threatens to a legally elected and appointed AoA , trying to set the house in order. By interfering, threatening working on behest of builder and his hoodlums. Instead of working on behalf of homebuyers, the IRP is hell bent on teaching AoA and residents of Lotus Boulevard a lesson.

If this is the way justice is to be delivered by every legal appointed body, professional, where is hope for home buyers. ?

Unless this nexus is broken. Real.home buyers won't enter the market . Black money supply is already squeezed. The industry will continue to go down, unless the Nexus and it's hoodlums mend their ways.

It's time for time bound resolutions with transparency , accountability , and Honesty

Open letter to Arvind Kejriwal

Dear Arvind,

Read your message where you have congratulated the PM and shown intent to work with him for Delhi.
Isn't that too little too late ?

Isn't that fear of decimation that's forced to to stretch olive branch ?

Why should Delhi burn in your hate and bigotry led egoistic approach .

You kicked out your cofounders, cotravellers who build AAP, just to satisfy your fragile Ego. AAP lost stalwarts , the pole position in alternate politics just because of your Ego and abusive personality.

You destroyed AAP, made it a party of midgets from giant killers. You slow down the progress of Delhi. You couldn't walk the talk on one person one post.

Maintaining probity in public life. Being an alternate to Congress or BJP.
Your effort to align with congress and other fountainheads of corruption just to beat Narendra Modi and Amit Shah, speaks of your intent and goal.

No reason that you would not repeat the same in 6 months .

It's important for you to quit party post to start with. Just focus of work by AAP government . Let a new leadership lead the battle. Under you it will be shameful losses. Worse than Loksabha .

AAP will not return with even 7 of 67 , if you lead the elections.

Open letter to Aam Aadmi Party Volunteers

Dear AAP volunteers ,

Yes Volunteers, not workers as you were never supposed to be workers.

Open Letter to Rahul Gandhi

Dear Rahul,

Had written you a similar letter after 2014 debacle but I guess like many good things, it didn't reach you.

Had you read that letter , you could have spared yourself and your party this bashing . Almost on similar lines.

So here are some suggestions for you.

Resign from party president and don't wilt under pressure. Let the CWC elect a new president democratically..Let that not be someone from your family or friends .

Spend next 2-3 years understanding your competition , the impact of its work basis it, formulate your game plan.. travel across length and breadth of country ideally by train

Don't comeback with a modi bashing campaign . Comeback with what is your plan and how will you realize it. 

Behave like a responsible MP walk the transformation talk. Do for waynand what you couldn't for amethi .

Earn a name for yourself with your work and not because you are Gandhi. It's never too late . You have a great thought of love, develop it further . Play to your strengths .

Dear Mr. Khan.

You lived you life King Khan Style. were loved and respected by many Indians as sports person.

You even modeled for Indian brands.But today you behave like a typical politician.

Do you really believe that Pakistan has nothing to do with terrorists and acts of terror in Kashmir and other parts of India and world ?

Do you really believe as an oxford educated , global citizen and not as madrasa inclined mullah after 72 hoors that, Azhar Masood and Hafiz sayed are working for betterment of Humanity and Islam ?

Lets get this straight. Pakistan has used Kashmir as shield to keep the fire of partition losses burning. While India and Indians moved on. Simmering Kashmir  and kashmiris both Muslims and pundits were continuously fed poison to create hell in heaven on earth.

Some left the valley, some left for hell after making the heaven here, hell. thanks to your predecessors, and Army. The doctrine of bleeding India with 1000 wounds, is well known to the world.
Your country played pivotal role in destroying kashmir and Kashmiryat, future of lakhs of youngsters.  Forcing us to handle our youth strongly.
But  pakistan failed in its design

Now with you in temporary office for limited period of time. we understand your predicament . If you really try to resolve the terrorism equation, you will be thrown out, immediately.

Religion : in My view.

Have been going through a conflict in my mind over the recent happenings of Uttarakhand.

The heart cant believe , Gods can be so ruthless.
Mind tells me , we deserved it.
Heart Tells me, its God wrath
Mind tells me , we brought it upon ourselves.

So i took , solace in few readings, of philosophical and religious types. Tried todeep dive in my mind as to what beliefs i have grown with and suddenly it lighted upon me.

I have not been to any religious place. i mean from religious purposes. I have been to Jammu, Tirupati, Shiv mandirs but have hardly pleaded , begged before god, asked for salvation. Have got int negotiation i.e. give me this and i will do this. It gets worse. Hardly kept any Vrat ( fast) ,Never Gone to Shivjis on monday, Hanuman ji, on Tuesday, Sai baba on thursday, Santoshi mata on friday and Saturday , shani god.

Just Athiest ,I think by the standards of people who have visited 4 dhams, before 40, have visited all shakti peeths before 50. I am a living demon.But then. Since when did god started living in places,temples, mountains, hills, and all such remote locations ?

Why is this dying need to visit god every year, every month, every fortnight, every week. Just because you can afford it ? or is it that we have started sinning too often too fast and need to confess and repent so that we can start all over again.The Sinning process.

Where did God mandate, that you have to visit me this many times in your life time ? NEVER and NOWHERE.

Its the fear of loss, of masses fuelled by God men who gaurantee safegaurds, repentance if you do things their way.

To compare : There were less temples, less pilgrims, more peace of mind. Almost like Cancer.
There was less cancer, less hospitals, more healthy bodies, when we were just farmers.

Has religion grown from opium for masses to new age cancer. With no cure but various method to control and prolong life, whatever be its quality ?

If we cant find peace within our selves, within our family and friends, with our loved ones. Trust me, No place on this earth can gaurantee you peace and penance. God's were supposed to be principles, institutions not human forms that carry human weaknesses.

Once in a while you have to go on a journey to to loose yourself so that you can discover yourself is explainable. Every weekend to mussorie with an evening arti at HAridwar aur rishikesh is Criminal if nothing else.

If visiting these places could assure salvation. All mules carrying pilgrims, should be worshipped they carry them 365days. All those khadims, who are not even hindus, should go to heaven. Simple ? isnt it. But we can afford to agree with this , as this is not what was taught to us or what we have beleived it.

Most of so called gurus , propogate against western culture , MNC culture and consumerism. If that is bad, this is worse, specially when mixed with that culture.

First we Mock God, Them we Screw nature and then we claim to be victims when nature gets back.

It doesnt end here. We try to rebuild nature with more development, cement, plastics, cokes, ACs, modern amenities. We screw nature and annoy gods , twice over with our repentenceand pay back.

Modern World Trauma through eyes of history and Mythology

Have been reading some varied historical/mythological perspective on social /political issues and the more i read history the more truth reveals itself.

Future is just history repeated in a different time.

Whatever you do to change your future, it will always be defined by history.

What you do today will decide your future as today is history and hence point of reference for tommrow , the future.

With this points as reference i started with the most current topic in hearts and minds of people , the Delhi gangrape.

What it was ? a Ghastly act of Violence. A Sick mind acting with brute force. Explosion of hidden feelings, desires, passions all negative albeit. From where did this sickness, this negativity  this ruthlessness came inside a human looking living being ????.

Even Animals are not that ruthless.This needs to be something else. Then the pattern started emerging. It was Delhi so it was a major case, it happens with regularity in all other parts of country. Haryana women were being raped and Taped. Orrisa was same, UP , Bihar, Punjab was no better.

Kerala , Maharashtra, Gujrat, AP. Karnantaka were little better.

Are north Indians worse than south or west indians. Why do women feel safe south of narmada ? Not absolutely but comparatively.

Then i went into history to seek answers.
Historically. Women were treated as prized assets, camouflaged as devis, lakshmis, saraswati but assets. becuase they were assets. They grew, they performed, they contributed to the constructive part of the economy, when men were mostly at war. They held on to the thread of society. Hence they were the real show runners. Men were just that , MACHO. as kings, Traders, drunkards, fighters, saints, rishis, bhramin but MACHO.

Women ran the economy but as a close second, never questioned, never ask for any thing more than a good society and good family.

But what happened in MACHO world. When ever there was war, Women were exploits of war, raped with impunity, rarely killed. carrier of new genes. sent off to different world as means of pleasure, used as commodity of trade in matrimonial alliance used as a shield to buy piece. SEX FOR PEACE. how Innovative.

But where this happened the most was North India, Now pakistan and Afganistan. For 5000 years, attacks upon attacks from Aryans, to Huns, Chengez, Alexender, Babar, NAdir Shah. Waves after waves of attack on civilization . All to create a way of life and or to sustain or grow a way of life.
Now who brings life in this world. Women of course. So exploit and explore was the mantra.
How do you think, Aryans expanded, or Alexender, or Mughals.
Hence only one section of the society was at receiving end,  Women.
Because they were assets, they could be looted , transferred, multiplied bt never fought back.

20th century it changed. The assets became self aware, they started getting educated, they fought back when treated and exploited as assets. The MACHO's could not and cannot digest this as it is against 10000 years of genetic belief. So what they do, They assetify the Women. Assualt them, tie them down to khaps, fatwas, Gotras etc. Today they are exposing the double faced society like never. A country led by a lady of foreign origin, a City state led by a women CM, A neighboring state led till a few months back a woman. MACHOs respect the women is power. but want them dead today. So that they can be worshiped as deities. but not be there to rule their lives. DOUBLE FACED , ALL MACHO's

Thankfully this trend is dominant in North India, and not south India, so called ASURA country. because women were always respected there. The cultural conflict due to continuous invasion were minimum.

Even today a Punjab and UP and Bihar has largest Expat inflow due to canada and middle east fascination.
